Clean, brand-new hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed fairly quiet and huge rooms and amazingly nice staff. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from The Georgia Theatre was great and unbeatable. The venue was in a very nice area, so close to delicious restaurants, downtown Athens and the 40 Watt Club, and Atlanta.

Make sure you stay in the king suite with a sofa. Extremely friendly and efficient staff as one would expect. The hotel offers GREAT and stunning location just walking distance from Athens downtown.

We are really enjoying our stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better, with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. Our room is spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom that is cleaned to perfection every day. The breakfast is delicious and has tasty options like egg breakfast bowls and fresh fruit. We also love the comfortable beds and quiet setting.

The parking is expensive at $10 a day, which we wish was included in the room rate.

The location was marvellous and stunning, in the middle of jackson, in the very very nice area. I checked out Trr Cobb House, that was set a 10-15 minute walk from the property. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a microwave oven and a fridge. The price was me$ 137.
